Material selection

Casting process
Lost wax method: A sculpture prototype is made by using wax molds, which are covered with refractory materials to form an empty shell. After heating and melting the wax molds, copper water is injected, and after cooling, the shell is broken to obtain the sculpture. This method is suitable for complex shapes and can accurately restore details.
Sand casting: Directly pouring copper water into a sand mold to form, suitable for large castings such as city square sculptures.
Precision casting: Combining lost wax method with modern technology, using materials such as quartz sand to make fine molds, suitable for small or complex sculptures.
Surface Treatment
By using chemical coloring, spray painting, gold plating, and other techniques, sculptures are endowed with textures such as bronze and antique bronze, enhancing visual effects and durability.
